WW Fire District #4 is again sending a team to the 2010 Scott Fire Fighter stair climb challenge. This is a great opportunity for our local fire departments to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Currently our team of 5 fire fighters will be racing to the top of the Columbia Tower in Seattle, 1311 steps, 69 floors in full combat gear. Our fund raising goal for this year is $2000.00. Last year we raised $1312.00 for the cause, our team placed 42nd over all, there was 1553 fire fighters attending.
